Do you provide care to a person who has memory or thinking concerns?

The C-CARERS Project is looking for participants! 

What is the purpose of the study? 

To help improve social support and healthcare services for caregivers and people living with Alzheimer’s or dementia 

Why participate? 

To help researchers understand the unique experiences and expectations of caregivers from rural and underrepresented communities in Northern California 

What does participation involve? 

  1. If you choose to participate, you will complete a confidential online survey 

  2. The survey will take about 30 minutes to complete 

  3. The first 500 respondents will receive a $50 electronic gift card for completing this survey 

Who can participate? 

We are looking for caregivers:  

  1. Age 18+ 

  2. Live in Northern California 

  3. Can read in English, Spanish, Chinese, or Korean 

  4. Care for a person age 50+ who has memory or thinking concerns
